We understand that at times orders can get lost or damaged during shipping. Each order is insured prior to delivery. If you feel your gift is overdue or have received damaged product please contact us immediately so that your order can be refunded or remade. All damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
